i almost thought about leaving a good review, if only i hadn’t had the misfortune of being placed near a bunch of rowdy kids, and the cleaning staff stopped cleaning my room. i expected a complimentary upgrade as a courtesy, but apparently that’s not standard here. very disappointing indeed, especially for such an ‘upscale’ hotel.
